(AMENDMENT 12) ORDER 201Public Notice is to be given on Wednesday 5th June 2019 of the County Council's intention to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to introduce the above-mentioned Order.I enclose herewith a copy of the Notice and plan showing the roads referred to therein, together with a Statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order. THE LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL hereby gives notice that it proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act"), and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, the effect of which will be:

1. To impose a Mandatory School Keep Clear Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm on part of Broomfield, off Ploughmans Lea, East Goscote, Cherry Drive, Syston, Cotes Road and Melton Road, Barrow Upon Soar, Thorpe Road, Shepshed, Anstey Lane, Thurcaston, Burrows Drive, Rothley and Main Street, Newtown Linford

A copy of the proposed Order, together with plans illustrating the proposals and an explanatory statement giving the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at my offices, Room 200, County Hall, Glenfield, Leicester LE3 8RA, at the offices of Charnwood Borough Council, Southfield Road, Loughborough LE11 2TX, and on the notice boards of the various Parish Councils Documents can also be viewed online at https://www.leicestershire.gov.uk/roads-andtravel/cars-and-parking/traffic-management-consultations

Objections to the proposals, specifying the grounds on which they are made, should be sent in writing to the undersigned by not later than 26th June 2019, quoting reference JM/HTWMT/4325.
